gold plated, with 24k gold.

All Sofia Moreira Jewelry pieces are made in
Portugal and are legally certified by INCM - National Press - Home
of the Currency, Inc.

The cool touch of metal is guaranteed by the assay office
from INCM that verifies the precious metal contained in an alloy and applies the hallmark
with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent.

This procedure is only mandatory for pieces weighing more than
to 2 grams for silver pieces.

The competent authorities may inspect
physically the jewelry at the address Rua Bulhão Pato nº 3D, 1700 – 081 Lisbon,
Portugal.

Payments by debit and credit card (MasterCard, American Express and Visa) via ifthenpay, MBWay and bank transfer are accepted.

If, after 14 days from the delivery date, you are not satisfied, we offer a refund of the value of the item purchased, excluding the value
shipping costs at the time of purchase, as well as shipping costs for returning the item, will be the customer's responsibility.

To be refunded, please make sure the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise, if the item shows signs of misuse or damage, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Items damaged or lost during shipping will not be held responsible by Sf Moreira Jewelry.

Within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving your order, you can exchange it for
another piece with a value equal to or greater than the piece purchased.

Therefore, the item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of misuse or damage.

To proceed with the exchange, you must contact info@sofiamoreirajewelry.com by email where
will be informed about the steps to follow.

Shipping times may vary during the Christmas season.

Due to the manual nature and small-scale production, parts may not be in stock. In this situation, the customer will be contacted and notified with a new delivery date.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking ID.

Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.

If the order is not collected within the indicated period, it will be returned and a new shipment will only be made upon payment of new shipping costs.

Sf Moreira Jewelry's quality warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Sf Moreira Jewelry is not responsible for defects or damage resulting from misuse, negligence or carelessness.

All products are handmade using traditional manufacturing processes, so each product may present slight variations in shape and weight compared to that presented on the website.

You must contact us within 3 days of receipt if you receive a defective and/or damaged item.

All pieces are handcrafted using manual processes and therefore require careful use.

Since all products are made of precious metal, it is perfectly normal for them to oxidize over time due to exposure to air and substances/pH from the skin. In order to prevent this natural process, we recommend that you regularly clean your jewelry with a soft cloth and store it in a jewelry box or bag when not in use.

Gold plated silver pieces
means that they have a 24k gold coating, so we cannot guarantee how long they will remain in perfect condition, as this depends on their use and handling. Please read carefully the instructions on the card that comes with the packaging regarding the care to be taken with the jewelry to prolong its good condition.

In case of severe oxidation, we recommend purchasing a product specifically designed to clean precious metal (liquid or cloth) available in local stores.
